💡 Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes. We only sell 100% authentic, brand-name perfumes. All products are sourced from authorized distributors or trusted suppliers.

💡 Do you sell testers or used products?

No. All our products are brand new, unopened, and factory sealed. We do not sell testers or used items.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

In-stock items at our warehouse: Orders placed before 2 PM (local time) ship the same day. Orders after 2 PM ship the next business day. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Items not in stock at our warehouse: Orders ship within 7 business days, and delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping.

🚚 Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon!

🚚 Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

🔄 What is your return policy?

You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

🔄 How do I start a return?

Email us at customerservice@perfumegiants.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
